The best meditation practice to start with. Hands down.

Do you practice meditation? I know there is a lot of stuff out there about meditation, so how does one know where to start or what method to follow? Here is what I have found over my four years of meditative experience…first of all if you want to start meditation you have to figure out why you want to do it and what you would like to receive from it. This is very important as a first step. Why? Well for instance you do not want to do a guided meditation to get messages from your guides unless you have first practiced meditation to still the mind and be in the present moment. I’m not saying it won’t work, but if you practice stillness and focus first, you will be much more likely to accurately receive and notice the messages your guides have to give you. You see, it is in this stillness and focused state that we receive messages. Do you have to do this no, but I can promise you it is a good start and it’s not overly complicated or confusing. I love guided meditations; I even create my own that you can check out on my channel here.

When you start simple and focus on just one thing like the breath lots of magical things will happen within your body. We must connect to our own energy first and practice that, until we can perfect it. This is what I do to ground myself, open my energy centers, and connect to the Divine within. The simple meditation of focusing just on the breath and your 7 energy centers is super healing and powerful. The breath is life force energy. I go outside and sit with my legs crossed with my spine straight so I can feel the life force energy going up and down my spine. Yes, your spine must be straight. This wakes up the nervous system and the energy at the base of your spine. Start by taking three deep breaths in and out. On the last breath push all air out fully. On your next in breath focus your energy at the base of your spine and let it flow up to the top of your head and hold. You only need to hold for a few seconds. Breath out and repeat. Your body can do amazing things so when you apply focus and breath magic happens. This technique is from Dr. Joe Dispinza. If you want to feel your meditation and not fall asleep, let me tell you THIS RIGHT HERE IS WHERE IT’S AT! Don’t just take my word for it, try it yourself and I hope you love it as much as I do.
