This practice is done with my own method. Through a guided mediation and sound frequencies, we relax and still the mind to allow space for the subconscious mind to connect us to the past life most relevant to your healing journey in the present moment. This process can bring up many things for healing and is very powerful. This is not a hypnosis, you are aware, awake, and in full control at all times. It is common for spirit guides to come through during this process with messages and advice. Super exciting experience!
